(MMM) the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Malaysia
officially launched the Pajero Sport VGT Euro today and limited to just
250 units.
The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport VGT Euro
Not only is it one of the most reliable SUVs on earth, with its
latest Euro-spec variant, it’s now also one of the most feature-packed.
Luxurious upgrades include front airdam, sunroof, 6 airbags, 8-way
driver’s power seat, and premium exterior with a new aerodynamic
bodykit. Standard features include reverse camera, magnesium paddle
shifters, auto rain and light sensors, auto air conditioner and GPS
navigation with iPod and Bluetooth connectivity.
Front Airdam
Priced at RM 180,550.00 on-the-road without insurance, the Pajero
Sport VGT Euro comes in White Pearl and Black Mica with 2-Year Free
Maintenance and 5-Year warranty package (with unlimited mileage).
The Pajero Sport, Malaysia’s award-winning seven-seat SUV was
introduced in Malaysia in 2009. In 2011, the Pajero Sport VGT won first
prize in the Asian Auto Fuel Efficiency Awards for the Premium SUV
category and comfortably retaining its title in its second consecutive
year in 2012 for the same award and category.
Rear Garnish
Mitsubishi’s proven robust and economical 2.5-litre Common Rail
direct injection diesel engine is fitted with a powerhouse management
that includes Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT), boosting power and torque
levels to 178 PS and 350 Nm, respectively.
The VGT technology uses variable vanes to control exhaust flow
against the turbine blades, ensuring a constant delivery of additional
fresh air to the engine for optimum output and performance.
GPS with Bluetooth and iPod Connectivity
The maximum torque of the Pajero Sport VGT Euro is made available
across a wide band from 1,800 to 3,500 rpm, ensuring stronger
acceleration and flexibility.
Equipped with premium safety features, the Pajero Spot VGT Euro is an
ideal vehicle both for on-road and off-road. The SUV comes with front
and rear coil spring suspension with stabilizer bar which allows ease of
handling and total control of vehicle especially during high speed. The
vehicle also comes with RISE (Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution) body
with side impact bars to protect occupants incase of an accident.
Additionally, the Pajero Sport VGT Euro comes equipped with
Mitsubishi Motors’ Super Select 4WD system that enables it to traverse
the toughest terrain. This innovative system gives drivers a choice of
driving modes (2H, 4H, 4HLc, 4LLc) for various conditions, be it
maximizing fuel economy on tarmac, or for maximum traction on
challenging surfaces.
6-airbag system
Other safety features includes dual airbags, Anti-lock Braking System
(ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distributor (EBD), Hybrid Limited
Slip Differential (LSD) and safety brake pedal to name a few.
